so i encountered this bug last night:
i had 9 generic ATs and 2k+ personal ATs and i wanted to change to the highest realm alert lvl.
it didnt let me and said that i do not have enough ATs (need 10 to change, but i had more than 2k available). Soon after was turn change so i got my 10 genereic ATs and was able to change.
Can you only change defcon with generic turns or can you do it with personals too? im not sure of that >< Is it bug?

Can only change it with generic turns not personal.

What Muff said. Personal ATs can only be used for attack functions, not as currency of any kind (including the realm alert price).
