Ha, thank you. There are a surprising number of people above 100M in Pergatory.
The automated 'kick' isn't nearly as automated as one would presume from the term. It requires an account to be logged into. Since that is not how it is meant to function, we will put in an additional check on turn change.

amg... someone gunna hit some good raids when this kicks in... know of a few in perg with 200m+ uu... one with almost 300m
