Attack power bug

So one of my farms has Strike Action: 26,777,840,400,000 from 30m supers with equipped military fleets.

From my explainMe.php page i get
Offensive Power:
You have 9,021,283 normal attack units, and 9,428,293 super units, for 18,449,576 armable units.
You have a total of 20,689,916 offensive unit weapons.
An armed normal will multiply base weapon power by 10, a super unit by 20.
Any weapons without army units, or army units without weapons, do nothing.
After arming, your offensive power is: 1,605,765,254,400
You can purchase multiple offensive technologies, each one multiplying your base attack.
After offensive tech multipliers, your offensive power is: 4,231,191,445,344
You have a race bonus to attack of 1.4700.

So 5750 * 20 = 115,200 * 30,000,000 = 3,456,000,000,000 * 2.635 (tech multiplier) = 9,106,560,000,000 * 1.4700 = 13,386,643,200,000.

They seem to be getting double the power they should. They attacked me about 10 hours ago with 49,271,226,336,000. Their Mothership isn't built and they only have 1 attack planet ~ 78b. Looking at the logs i assumed double strike and ascended blessing but spying them now (they are on PPT) they still have the same power.

Anyone know where i am going wrong in my calculations or have an explanation?

sometime ago there was a bug like that ... but when he logs back in the double strike should be removed ... check

Did they buy any of those ascended weapons or double-strike from the market?

Think this is right, must have PPT'd and logged out before double strike ended. Just checked and he's banked strike is back to normal.
