Investigation of impact - PPT

Hi,
In response to an increase in comments on Discord about PPTs not behaving as predictably as required, I'm opening an investigation thread to see whether this is an actual issue, or just player error - which it has been in the past, as a rule.
In order to give this the attention it deserves, here's how it goes: No reports, no impact, trivial priority. More reports, more impact, more priority.

- your ID(s),
- the time you remember setting PPT, and
- the time you discovered that your PPT had (prematurely) expired
