So the first highlighted bit shows Forced~Entry requesting a broker to id 6295.
The second and third highlighted bit shows that 6295 is called Forced~Entry.

The fourth and fifth highlighted bits show Forced~Entry giving id 71217 named PLAYER HELPER.

The sixth highlighted bit shows Kailip asking Forced~Entry if he could accept the first broker on 6295, and suggesting he can send the rest direct to 71217.

The seventh to ninth highlighted bits show Forced~Entry saying no to sending direct as he wants it in a broker and he says "'ill accept". That indicating he is accessing both accounts.

It could be him referring to him accepting the first broker on 6295, but then again it could mean he will accept the broker on 71217.

I think it is worth checking.

If he is a multi that can only be determined by adminSue and therefore would be banned thus no kicking.

If he is confirmed not to be a multi then whether he is considered a scammer would be down to you and your guys.

Story is not as open and shut as it appeared.
(Especially not with a certain alliance's involvement and the ties between a certain alliance and the seller we've found. It's easy to drop a hint that you are selling with a certain player, and then hide behind "omg, you were attacked, I had no idea!" or "omg, you're in a war, what did you expect."
It's been done before.)

Don't quadruple post.

From the looks of the conversation you wanted both accounts brokered to, not sent direct therefore you weren't supposed to raid the UU.

The fact they were both brokered, how would anyone in the game know exactly when you were going to accept the broker, let alone leave the UU out when you accepted.

However, this is not about any claims of scamming, this is about whether you have been accessing both 6295 and 71217. adminSue will check that out, if you haven't then you have nothing to worry about.

Any talk of scamming and $$ can be taken elsewhere because scamming, regardless of what was scammed, is NOT against game rules.
