Multi id=1936773 and id=1916225

This morning while updating a War ID list i did a recon of
id=1936773 (http://gatewars.com/stats.php?id=1936773 Username quit)
who is
id=1916225 (http://gatewars.com/stats.php?id=1916225 Username Rob3rt) old account

well at 05:32 the account id=1936773 had only 2350 attack turns(this is an account that is meant to been abandoned for over a month now) when reconed it again 12:55 the account then had 9386 attack turns on it

yet no uu (a months worth, minus raiding losses) has been trained on it, its just been left out asif to look like it's abandoned

Sorry, haven't had access to my emails for the past week but I've just found a response from adminSue.

There is not sufficient evidence to suggest cheating, and 'quit' has not had any recent logins (definition of "recent" unknown).
