The game itself was never 'down' as such, but logging in was impossible for a majority of users.
All who did succeed should have received the 'Maintenance Mode' error message. (Although the nature of the issues could have made my switch inoperable; this is something that is being investigated.)


Thank you for (self-)reporting, appreciate it. I am considering (verifying) a rollback to 00:00 GameTime Wednesday, that should make this point moot and level out any damage taken. Everyone will be on PPT when we go live again; staggered as usual. Your PPT will be 24h +0, 3, or 6 hours.

Because there was like 12hrs where people couldn't log in to re-ppt or merlin so lost planets they have invested hundreds of trills in due to no fault of their own?

well the code was there its not anyones fault but his own for not checking and logging in when it was available

And any repayment for lost resources to those who weren't the benefactors of this event/loses for those who were benefactors?

Roll back means a back up will be restored from before the downtime occured.

It will be like ... it never happend ... and a freeby ppt

The whole game will be rolled back, i.e. everyone. This is a complete rollback to the latest backup (of this morning).
