Too many rule changes that screw over people who have worked hard to achieve what they have, and they spit the dummy and leave.

I dont mind the rules changing over time, I agree the game is dynamic and it does change over time so the rules must change with it.

Problem comes from telling one thing and doing another, and all the rule changes, or atleast the largest % of them always hurting the long standing players, and always playing into the hands of the players who intentionally stay small to exploit all the advantages admin gives to smaller accounts.

There are limits to what an smaller player can achieve. Of course, the limit has been stretched over and over, but it's still there - *confesses he used an telescope to notice the limit*
It's an tricky balance - an balance that always has been going either too much towards the 'small' players or towards the 'big' players.

There's always going to be 'big' players and always going to be 'small' players though.

I DO remember just starting and knowing that there were players out there who I would not be competing with for... well quite some time and I made darn sure I stayed out of their way.

I don't see anything wrong with that. A week old or hell even a month old account should not be able to compete with those who have put in a heap of time and effort continuously. Eventually though things level out and peoples do catch up, but that should be the result of work, not because of the game being skewed towards them.

Uh huh, if admin wants to give me the naq i used to get to 525k RAW before i ascended, hes more than welcome too,

And im sure Deni and Tekki wouldnt mind the naq back for the RAW up's they lost too.

May as well make EVERYTHING "selloffable"...

Wouldn't work. You could build a huge Attack force based on your UP, mass 100 people, then sell it, and put it back into the now *safest* bank ever, UP...

Besides - one could build then let's say 400k raw, profit from it, and before ascension sell it off to make the requirements lower - which would be just a joke then. So no selling off.

what of those who have got rediculous raw UP as they thought there would be no point ascending further?
they would be practically unable to ascend again
maybe a cap for each ascencion for the max you can pay?

Well I was one of the accounts to think I would never ascend again,,, had over 300k raw,,, well over raid limit,,, approaching plague,,,
and I had my bank full and had to "bite the bullet" and sacrifice a TON of UU and my investment in my UP... I have ascended every 2 weeks since, and I will get to 23-25 whatever it ends up being,,, And then rebuild,,,

The benefit to my ascended account,,, not even enough APP to convert to LF to buy 1 more charisma lvl.

I did it all for main bonuses, and it took a lot of consideration to finally decide to do it.

Gave me something more to work on... Let you know how it works out next year.

As Join Me says if you suddenly change the rules on how to ascend – again - then you’d better be prepared to compensate those who have sacrificed heaps because those sacrifices have meant nothing in ascended and only come good when ascending is finished.

Back on subject...
How about if you ascend x number of times, you gain the ability to name your soldiers, supers, and weapons?

For example :

The army of X stormed the realm of Y!

X sent:
1 Assassin and 1,000,000 Strippers and 500,000 Lap Dancers

Careful and thourough observation records that the troops were armed as follows:

50,000 Strippers have Drilldos
950000 Strippers came unarmed!
500000 Lap Dancers came unarmed!


Opposite this, stood the forces of Y

Y resisted the aggressors with:
39 Legionaires and 39 Roman Soldiers
Careful and thourough observation records that the army carried the following arsenal:

0 Legionaires have what it takes...
39 Legionaires came unarmed!
39 Roman Soldiers came unarmed!

How about make lifers worth something when you ascend that far...

Your lifers decide to step out of the dark and enter the light of your highly ascended account.

Lifers can be traded for miners in a rate of say 3 lifers for 1 miner...
