Maybe, but I'd like to point out that while it would be all good and fun, I feel kind of sorry for the judges since it is all theoretical when comparing two completely different universes.

Some of my ideas:

1) By changing a nation's military to all volunteer status, is it strengthened or left dangerously undermanned?

2) Does free trade boost a nation's economy or leave it vulnerable?

3) Does economic protectionism help or hurt an economy?

4) Is there a successful way for impoverished and unnoticed nation to successfully avoid falling into the clutches of extremism, religious, totalarian, or other wise?

5) Does religion truely play a large role in government? How large? Where? Why? (could use some work)

6) Is compromise a necessary tool of government or a sign of weakness?
