Hello Everyone,
It is with great pleasure and honor I am here today to announce the Promote Extortion Pact, This is a pact that Mobius cuck is starting. Extortion is a long forgotten gift within this game, many years ago it was not uncommon to hear someone would mass an alliance then demand resources in return to stop such actions and even then you have no proof that said person would keep their word. We need to bring this back.
This game has its ups and it sadly must have its downs to balance everything out however extortion is something everyone needs or should have to experience so from this moment onward Mobius Cuck and any other alliances wishing to join us vow to aide any alliance in any way we can to promote situations of extortion from happening more. This may involve training on how to be un-diplomatic or training in how to be a bigger cuck, or even assistance of fighters themselves to extort for more and more. Anyone willing or wishing to join our cause may post here and we shall add your name or alliance to the list of people willing to stand together and join the Promote Extortion Pact (PEP).
The way to seek assistance is to contact the members of PEP and then provide resource to be considered for further extortion, then we shall discuss how best to assist ourselves with more of your resources
