Yet another announcement

Hey all,

As we all know, both DDE and TK have dominated the high ranks of the server, with this in mind, we've taken the decision to form a new cartel of alliances who don't want to align with the power houses and those who can band together to help each other when it's needed and will officially be named "The Cartel"

With that said, we have started of with the coalition of Reign of Terror and Reign of Pax.

This isn't a merger of any sorts but a group of alliances working together.
