I cant attack anybody

Everyone I try to attack in Quantum wars (even those with rank <100) i keep getting the Protected Planets message. Its really frustrating. Can anyone help?

i get that message too, according to forum that will go away in a couple of days

The message comes on when people frist start the game unlike the orininal where people sort of trickeled in this game sort of got a bunch o people at the same time i inally did find someone to attack but when i attacked and won i got 0 naq which was werid his naq amount said ???? so i supose he could've ben sitting on zero but Forum said it goes away in a couple of days .
