First, do you fix your weapons like normal if they are sabitoshed, and do you know that they have been sabitoshed if you don't catch enimy spies?
second, is their any way to increase the rate at which you attack turns?

If they are just damaged, then you repair them like normal. If they are destroyed, then you will have to buy new ones.
