Convert AP into Turns

Hey, so I noticed that at the bottom of the Cosmic Trade screen that there is an option to convert ALL your AP into Turns.. Seems to give a lot of warning that it will convert all of your AP, no matter how many you have, into turns, but does not mention the conversion rate, and since (I assume) there is a cap on how many turns you can have at one time, at what point would you be wasting AP? How many turns do you get from the minimum amount of AP it mentions, and what is the cap on turns? I've seen some information here and there, but most of it is either out of date or very vague..

Do you mean the minimum amount (30240 AP) will refill turns to the 4k max?

all the app you have will convert to turns filling you to 4k
and yes the minimum will do that
if you have 0 turns will give you 4k
if you have 3k will still only give you a total max of 4k

Dont do it unless you have like only 30 or 40k app
any decent amount of APP is a waste lol
