why is it, if I see someone with between 500b-1t out I can hit them for the full amount, but if they have over 1t you an only hit for lots of 500b.
so for eg if they had 1,127,000,000,000 out the first hit for 500, would lower it to 627k.
Why can't I take the full 627k like I would if it was that amount to start with?
