Re: Loss of units

Not quite, on a successful recon mission there is a chance to loose 5-10 percent.

The sabotage missions work just like the recon missions, but the risks are higher, and the chance is reduced relying more on skill to avoid deaths during success.

As the difference between your's and your enemy's spy strength increases the odds of this random chance decrease.

The percent of lives lost for recon are 5-10 and 10-15. If you fail the mission you are hit with greater losses, and the defender hit with fewer losses. The same goes for sabotage, the percents are just higher due to the increased risk (10-15 and 15-20).

OK, I'm going to roll with it for a while, but feel 5 to 10% losses on a successful spy is outragous, its going to kill spying in general as no one will do it much losing such high amounts, but we can hammer that out later.

Still not so sure about the sab thing as i got all my weapons both strike and def sabbed away in a single hit at no losses shown in the log, but again, I'll roll with 0 def and 1 strike weapon till you fine tune it, or release higher strength weapons. I also wonder if origins has the "covert phasing" worked into it or will full 100% sabbing be allowed?
