I just encountered this, and no matter how many times ive attempted the captcha I can`t get my bank unlocked. I`m not sure how to get around it but for now im taking a ppt. Why was this feature added?

Have added further information regarding the composition of the captcha; no numbers or characters, no spaces.

Also added an option to return to the Command Center, you will be able to continue doing what you were doing, except for using your bank, as opposed to being locked out completely.
After 60 seconds you will be able to use your bank as normal.

Why: the feasibility of scripting relies heavily on unrestricted banking access. This feature targets bank usage of higher than normal frequency.

Damn I wanted to be the first to comment about this...

ITS AWESOME

Kinda screwed me up for a minute or two, but if it curbs even one or two script farmers, so be it. However I have to ask, is the Captcha case sensitive? Couldn't seem to get it to work with all lowercase.

Hm, my apologies if the text in game was not as clear as it should have been. Yes, the Captcha is case sensitive. (Meant before that it consists only of capitals and lowercase letters, ambiguous statement the way it was phrased.)

Thank you for your feedback. :D We have tried to keep the inconvenience as minor as possible, so it remains a worthwhile trade-off. After an hour 2 clearly automated accounts were caught and banned, along with a couple of major broker partners.

Not a fan of it as not comfortable leaving naq out in open while trying to decipher the text. However, I understand the intention.

Can the text be more legible for old folks? For example, no background dots. Better still, numeric like the login page is more user friendly.

dont mind it at all :D as it gives people chance to retake their naq or just snipe someone while farming :D and i am quite good at that

EDIT: btw i think there is some bug or maybe just a minor problem or maybe i understood it wrongly :) but looks like that the automatic unlock after the 60 seconds isnt working as i purposely locked out myself and it wont unlock unless i enter that code even after some 20mins or so :)

second what Seab and Human said...

i love the idea, just hard to see letters in upper and lower case is a bit hardcore.

the likes of a 6 digit numeric is great and should work equally as well shouldnt it?
bit more user friendly and serving the same purpose?

As a half blind disklocksick I agree with the sentiment but would prefer something humans can read easily but the scripts cannot.

And therein lies the rub.

Will keep taking your feedback under advisement. Thank you so far. :)

Does this only pop up when farming or does it when massing. It popped up fro me while I was rebuilding with 20 tril in the open :smt089

if im on an online battle, and I need to pull repair naq, could this happen. Could change the outcome for online battles if that pops up in the middle of a battle. Leaves you open for however long it takes you to get it right

I agree Letter are hard to read with the back ground and coloring

Yeah this could be pretty rough during an online fight...I'd say the text needs to be a little clearer. It took me about five tries earlier to get through it.

Maybe I should be more worried that I keep failing human tests...

yeh thats what i dont like... defending against war/war setting, getting 6 letters case sensitive right even being wquick will take a few seconds.
with war/war those couple seconds mean defence is gone. seconds count... atleast if was numeric or not case sensitive could punch it in in 1 second
