For the logest time i have been +12 glory. for last few days it dropped to +7 at same rank in top 20. what gives.

You passed from ascension level 9 to 10, that new tier has a 1.5 multiplier on G&R, instead of the 2.5 for levels 0 through 9.
From AL0 through AL9: 5 * 2.5 = 12.5 (rounded down to 12)
Starting at Ancient God (AL10): 5 * 1.5 = 7.5 (rounded down to 7)
