Hi, I just purchased a new account and changed the email address. I even confirmed the email address multiple times before changing it and if you go to register account the email I changed it to is currently in use, so it shouldn't be an issue? But no new password has been sent? Would you mind helping out?
I emailed urgent with the email used. Thank you for your time.
Edit: Yes I have checked spam and trash. No this email was never used for a previous account.

Previous owner confirmed they didn't even get a email that the details were changed. Yet original login doesn't work either. This has to be some error on the GW side.
