Contacting Game Support/Admin Staff

GateWars Community, please read this guidance prior to contacting game administration regarding various game related issues. There are various email addresses available to you for specific issues. It is important when reporting a game related issue that you use one of these email address contacts to speed up the process to fix the issue. Please also report the issue in the relevant section of the forum as well which will be detailed below. Other methods of communication include IRC meets, again detailed below.

GENERAL SUPPORT
Email support@gatewa.rs
This is the most common email address that is to be used for game related issues. This email account is managed by dedicated support staff (separate from the forum staff). The response time for this account can vary. This is why it is also important to post the issue on the forum for better exposure. If it is not of an urgent issue please give up to a week for a response before chasing up the issue.


REPORTING POTENTIAL CHEATS, BUGS AND OTHER ACCOUNT ISSUES

These mail boxes are manned by the same as the support one but also game admins. The support email address has been seen to be the most active email account and is therefore the preferred choice to contact game staff regarding cheats and bugs. Again please give a good amount of time for a response when reporting potential cheats as the game staff will need to investigate the accounts in question. Also for bugs, these are likely to be passed on to the game admin so a further delay will be expected. Please still post cheats and bugs in the relevant forum sections detailed further below.


VERY URGENT QUERIES

If you find that your account has been banned, whether it was an automatic ban triggered by the game itself or it was a manual ban by the game admins please use this email account. Also if you have issues of a monetary value such as problems with the in-game black market then also use this email. It is still a good idea to report these issues on the forum too.

One last point, when emailing game admins regarding an account(s) whether it is about cheats, bugs, bans or anything else please ensure that you provide the ID number of the accounts in question as the game admins and support staff will require this information and providing it from the start will help to speed up the process.
