Have had a look and have some questions. Please bear in mind I didn't play all last wave, and I've only managed to have a look at this wave on my mobile. So some questions might be easy to answer 
1. Is def con staying gone?
It's not here...
2. Do any races have a cost to use bank?
don't think so, i switched from gouald to replicator and it is still free
3. i) Is ME being added back in when it's fixed?
ii) Will it be ranked?

4. Any way of removing polarised shields?
Not according to market,
but admin...
5. Will weapons still have 0 repair cost of strike = 10x def?
i was reading the updates...
The attack of each goes against the defence of the other. Defence is damaged by attack, and attack damaged by use.
that means no?
6. Can we change the Global logs to update once per day, instead of continuously. So people cant snipe farmers with ease.
yeah...the farm fest will be hilarious...
7. Is the input value for UP remaining 3 digits?
i tried copying 999999s into notepad, and it came out with 3
8. What's covert is used to see a users Naq on hand/Army size?
Used to be, you needed 3x the covert power of some1 to stop them seeing your armysize, and 5x for naq on hand. But I think it should be related to the counter-infiltrators. As that's the power you come up against when you actualy spy them.
9. What % of UP is auto trained into miners?
still 20 percent according to the daily bonus
