I would like to have alliances! It does not have the same appeal nor feel to the game. It just doesn't seem like SGW without alliances.

agreed allliances make the game run and give people chances without them peoples would not get anywhere every1 would be massed all the time and ppls that are friends have an alliance anyways without the banner so i say keep them

I am personally devastated that there will be no alliances. I believe that alliances form ever lasting friendships, as well as a team that you can work together with by forming your own unique strategies as a group.

A tag may seem insignificant to some but i would have to disagree. Names are important as are Alliance names, A name is who you are and an Alliance name is what you are proud to be apart of. Alliances are always remembered and by not having them, there is no way to remember the great bonds between players. Its a war game, and players deserve to come together as an alliance, and develop a unique name for themselves.

I strongly disagree with this factor (no alliances), and pledge that it be changed. :( :(

If anyone shares my opinion, please do not hold your silence

There must be alliances!
than it will be a lonly game.
there will be no teams, to plan the strike, to plan what to do next.
plan how to realy help each other.
it sucks

Alliances are what make the game fun, fighting along side friends is better then fighting alone, its just not the same with out alliances, you cant just delete them, a member limmit would be more suitable.

in the old days, alliances used ingame messages, msn, etc.
they changed their names to name[ALLIANCE] on their own, using name change.
alliances were always here, but unofficial....

nobody is stopping them. its just not a 'push one button only' world in sgw2005 :)
Don't make me use this!!!

Exactly that is why I said that alliances will always be around, but since alliances are not officially in the game there will be less competition between alliances because there will not be a top 5 race.

Untrained merc. look on the market page. Reps have lego blocks and I believe that gouald have tribbles so I guess they all are funny.

Were these the race bonuses last wave? (click change race)
Goa'uld -
20 Percent Income Bonus
Asgard -
25 Percent Defence Bonus
Replicator -
35 Percent Covert Operations Bonus
Tauri -
30 Percent Attack Bonus

maybe untrained mercs?

BTW, I think it's stupid I'd need to use a new email address if I wanted to start out as a different race from last one...
Can you please change this? at least for the first week or something

Question...sorry if it has been covered.

When you attack/defend, can untrained units be killed? That used to be the case, but was really painful.
