Not sending login details when requesting

A friend on newgrounds ( not registered on forums ) registered an account but didn't get his password sent.

So I thought I would try my newgrounds and main email in the forgot your password section. Both not working, and its been 90mins.

Just wondering if someone can help us?

Yes, I have heard about this happening on NG before; thought it was an isolated incident with one player.

Clearly it is not, which makes this a potentially major bug. If these e-mails are not in your Spam folder - this occasionally happens, please check - there are various things I need to know; your ID, the ID of your friend, preferably the e-mails you used to register (if you are uncomfortable posting them - understandable - please PM), and the time you and your friend registered (or asked the system for your login details).

I will check the following on our end if you provide me with the information I requested:
1. if the emails are sent
2. if your request was processed if the e-mails were not send
3. if you are the only ones where it 'bugs out'
