I've been unable to raid after today's reset:

Daily Integration Remaining: 0.

I tried to hit the button anyway, but no luck:

Complaints about healthcare in your realm mean your troops can\'t find any living soul they can force into going to your realm.

From what I can see in the Galactic Activity, others aren't affected.
