but can someone guide me or tell me :

Convert Your Ascended Power Points (AP) into Turns
NOTE: Your APP will automatically convert to Life force every turn change. This turn change you will gain roughly a maximum of 11,347,383,987 Life force. The 'exchange rate' is 648,671 life force for each 1 Ascension power point.
Converting to turns will use ALL of your APP, you have been warned, you will also need a minimum of 33,264 AP to convert, fear not though your Ascension Points will stop automatically converting before this number.

if i would choose to take the turns, howmany turns would i get ?
is there somewhere a formula to calculate the exchange app to turns
or is it just a refill to max turns (4k?) and rest remains app ?

it takes ALL of your APP and gives you an automatic turn refill of 4k...

If you have 250k APP stored, you will lose over 216,000 APP if you convert immediately... you should wait to convert until you only have 33,264 APP remaining.

so it doesn't matter howmuch app you have you just get a fill up to 4k turns.

what is time limit on changing app into turns ?
can you do this once a week, once a day or several times a day if you want to ?

It works out at about once every 2.75 weeks.

Conversion uses all your APP in one go, so you have to wait until you have generated the minimum amount needed to convert to turns. You can do it slightly faster if you use market turns in main to give your ascended account more APP, but I would not advise that particular method.

your opinion on it, have done 9 ascentions so far and have folllowing

652,647,333 (34,272 of which will not be converted) Ascension Points Available, this will eventually return 426,596,842,649,175 Ascended Life Force UNLESS you wish to convert all AP to turns by clicking the button, over there.

i am constantly out of turns, but this amount of app turning for turns seems so .... spoiling alf in a way, but calculating the time it takes to get these app converted into the account, i really doubt worth waiting for it

Wait on your APP. Also ascend with bare min, if you want LF to make your ascended account better its to just buy dmu at 1-1. You get it instant

My advice would be aim higher for what you hit for, use 12's. Set war first
