Cant ascend

Been a Loooonngggg time since I ascended but keeps telling me
Even tho my Name in Main and ascended is diffrent do they need to be the same? Dont have any more name change for ascended or am I just missing something hereYour user name exists in the ascended realms. You will need to change your name, as identities are not to be mistaken there!!
