just tried to log into my ascended account via the link on my main
and got a warning message about connection not being private, and attackers might be trying to steal information such as passwords, messages or credit card
net:ERR_CERT_Common_NAME_INVALID
this was on chrome, win 10 ;/

now happening with directly trying to log in to ascended,

well i assume its admins doing some **Filtered** with the game and trying to implement ssl certificates in there and make us run on https protocol
and something went wrong there

Same here, cannot log in ascended server it redirects me to main...

edit (14min): Ascended is accessible.

To Ascended button in main now results in:-
browser error...cannot determine referring page.
Please ensure your browser supports passing referring information (referrer logging). This information is used SOLELY to ensure your visit is your own, and from our site. The referrer logging is enabled by default in all browsers, and very standard on the internet.
Also note that typing in urls, or using links that are not matched to your current login, will not work.
This is to protect you and your account from fraudulent activities and/or hacks.
Your broswer information is below for your reference, as is a list of methods to allow referrer logging. exiting..

Still getting this issue - have restarted my browser, tried multiple browsers, cleared cache's etc.
Not sure why it is happening, can log into ascended on my phone and at a relatives computer - seems to just happen on mine.
Will try a restart of my machine - in a few hours (have to finish writing my Masters dissertation first!)

I see. Have you bookmarked "ascended.stargatewars.com" as the address for the game, by any chance? That would trigger the error in any browser. Apologies for the inconvenience, please update your bookmark to "
http://ascended.gatewars.com" and you should be in the clear.
