No actual losses when Sabbing *FIXED*

When performing Sabotage, the report says you lose planets but you don't actually lose any.

This is still not working correctly. You can sabotage someones weapons but don't actually lose any covert planets.

This should be fixed now; in my tests, I do lose planets. Can you confirm?

Just tested on Fluffy.. yes you lose planets now.. works as its supposed to..
