On the cosmic development page under:

Each Fleet (a fleet is hundreds of vessels, all working together) can find and prepare for assimilation- on average - one planet per day. The larger your fleet count, the more resources each additional fleet takes, as the distances involved grow exponentially thus travel efforts, co-ordination and communication costs with the rest of the empire, and your personal energies needed in managing them all, grow exponentially as well.
The growth of your realm, though costly, is a driving force and irreplaceable benefit to you.

how about adding:
Your current Cosmic Expansion Rate ie:xxxxx planet / day

that way you don't have to go to a different page just to see your planet acquisition info
