Can you have it where you can spy or GQ someone even though they are phased? Since its like that in main.
It sucks having to wait 1 to 30 minutes in order to check how much the persons stats are left.
Especially if you are in war and timing is everything and you dont know when your enemy will be back online. If they do, they can repair if you straight up massing them or add more assassins and rebuild(if they have enough planets).
