Black market/market brokering

I know I purchased AT/NAQ for cash from the games holiday buy 1 get 1 free deal, but I only seem to have 7k AT that I can trade out of 75k, there seems to be a jarring disconnect between what I able to trade, and what I should be able to trade. Now, I know I also got some AT from "Santa's gift", but were they non-tradeable?
Could admins please have a look and see what has happended?

The 'santa gift' was non-transferable turns.

Yes. With the exception of Naq, no transferrable resources were given as the gift of choice.
