No password received

Got a small account and tried to change the email addy, went to do so and have no received any emails giving me the new password.

With Juliet not replying or not around anymore, is this account just lost now?

Unfortunately, nothing can be done with main realm account issues until Juliette's return.

Hopefully it won't be much longer :-)

Send an email I got a reply pretty quickly a week ago when I had an issue.

Admin is still alive. Juliette was just running the day to day stuff.

I had the same issue as an old friend that no longer plays is giving me their main account (sold mine before leaving and only have ng) changed the email addies but no password. I emailed the correct email addy to sort the issue out yet no reply. However I wouldn't clutter the urgent email address, just stick with usual protocol and hope for the best.
