still stuck as a daimon

Hello, a while back I became a daimon and it came to the conclusion that there was something in the code that prevented people from not being a daimon anymore on the ascended side I think so everytime the counter reset you became a daimon again. I thought the code had been redone now however I can still not become descended to gain G&R to re ascend. everytime the counter resets I become a daimon again. I really want to descend and to get G&R to get my ascended account back and keep levelling my ascended level. so what is happening with this? last time I mailed support months ago the code was ready and testing was happening. my main account is Tanoth
