I am a Daimon and am stuck in a loop! is this fixed yet?

Hello all, My name in game is Tanoth. For a long time now I want to become decended to re assend and reach the maximum accension level. However.........when I try to decend the next tick causes me to become a Daimon again and am stuck in a loop. Support and I tried to fix this issue but to no avail and it required some new code that Support was writing and this was a long time ago now. So how ca I become decended now? is this fixed? please help
