I have tried to log into both Main and Ascended both are not letting me log in.

Main is giving me, "Incorrect Credentials: Name: SWÅT and mail: altairsgw@aol.com and password entered, return no players accounts"

Ascended is just returning me to the log in page after every log in.

I have requested my log in info so I know my info is correct, it just isn't letting me in. After 8 hours of not being able to get in I was informed you don't have to type out your whole name to login. I wasn't aware of this till an hour ago. If the Å in SWÅT is now in issue for main and ascended servers could you please change it?

login on ascended will do that if you click login after doing the catcha thingy..

just stick with using the initial to log in not full name

Update: All character incompatibilities have been rectified, on all servers. Thank you, SWÅT et al. for reporting.
