IP Banned but not?

I have an IP banned message when trying to login from my mobile.
This affects logins on both accounts ID 1991474 and 37481 (which makes sense as they are both my accounts).
I'm not sure what's going on.. seems my accounts are not banned and I did manage to login via my usual wifi at home.
