It has also been stated by admin that one person can 'own/lend' accounts to other people of which harch did as long as the person playing the account changes the details & owner/lender no long has access to said account until such times as it is returned.
So unless details weren't changed/they were logged into by harch then there shouldn't be an issue here.....
