You cannot touch your ascended account if you're descended.. so why not spend a minor amount of LFC on simply getting flow and channeling to 350,400-something?
Of course you can always build that stuff later, but if you're descended because you neglected to strengthen that aspect..

next charizma level=56bill LF
next 1k of fleets=320trill DMU
I would say put everything into charizma and fleets...cause when you have low ascended levels you can easily refill LF needed for battle, but if you have them large you need more LF to fill in and thats more DMU...

Yeah production and charisma... once u get a very nice income going you can level everything else a lot faster by trading your DMU for LF. Makes sense?
