GDC/GDP change

Ok, looking at a more formal approach to the god defence power/capacity. It now states how fast you will recover under the following conditions:
1 bill strike.
Immediate recovery (i.e TC not taken into account)
No demis.
No descension (i.e limited LF unlimited LFR).
This means a lower number is better.
Essentially to find out how many TC's you would need to recover from the 1 bill hit, divide the GDP/GDC by 1 mill. Round accordingly.
Note: Old GDP/GDC calcs remain the same for the plague arena, it will just be used as a number for some of the attacks.
