How can i finish this?
Was in last are a, was infected, was active... But didnt get that achi.

What does it exactly mean to help sierena?

It's not a bug C2, the datapad faq tells you what Sierena wants above all, to get the achievement, you need help with what it wants.

There is an element of luck involved, but you can engineer it in your favour.

This is stupid... if we have to play against tournament goal to get achievment?

Its stupid... i was infected, but seems i didnt infect anyone... ok... next time i will start plague by hiting sierenas and once im infected i will hit other players to get rid of this stupid achievment...

That isn't how it works. Many have tried that. Hint: After getting infected, let yourself get down to 1LF, using any method you want to get there. Just make sure there are others not infected when you do this so you don't die. You are the most infectious at 1LF. /hint
