Quick question. Is that a 10% reduction (from 30% to 20%) or a 10% over-all reduction (from 30% to 27%)

If it is not the second, it should be. Otherwise, you may as well say "hey, don't go over plague, cause you get screwed. Just sell your accumulating resources and buy more covert levels (oh yay)

am i the only one againced any capping?

by all means make it ridiculusly hard to move beyond certain point but capping is a naught naughty thing

same with ascencions, there should be no limmit

though i know its kind of a pain for you to make them..... its well worth it in my uneducated openion

I have no issue with people becoming untouchable. Honestly, if they put all the work in to reaching that level, then let them have it. They earned it. Besides, they're not genuinely untouchable. Any other player could achieve the same thing if they were dedicated to doing so or willing to spend the cash.
