Every System Lord or Goa'uld hold each other in contempt its the way of the Goa'uld/System Lord to wary of the others. No where are the Rest of the Goa'uld, i have only seen Eärendil speak to me, no Harakash, not Semper, nor any other goa'uld; so yes only Eärendil said i was a outcast. It is not merely a name, it is a proper definition of the word god; one who wields mighty power and those who serve this being worship its power(s) and mere presence as a thing of sacred value; Young-ling, the Ori do not call themselves Gods, the Followers of the Path believe it is so and so in their divine wisdom, the Ori accept this and help extend Origin to those who would not know of it before.
Follow the True Path and your Soul can be saved, Those who do not reject this chance and therefore by definition embraced evil and Must Be Destroyed to not Deceive the weaker Followers of the Path from their Destiny.

If that is your definition than perhaps Altera are gods too, as they have many people who believe and worship them. They are also beings of great power, but do not stir fear within one's heart - except if you're a follower of the Ori.
Using the same definition, even mortals can be classified as gods, if they have the proper knowledge - since knowledge is power.
