battle clip for the battle report

i had an idea yesterday that they should put a video battle clip on the screen every time you attack or raid someone showing your race and the race you attacked fighting each other in orbit and troops coming out of the stargate and that but every time you attack a different clip comes up

ie tauri fighting against goa'uld/system lords or asgard against reps or asgard against goa'uld etc


what do you think about that?

well if you have goa'uld technology then goa'uld ships and jaffa will be displayed and if you have tauri tech then it will display that etc etc


and i posed in this section to see if other races has different opinions to it

and there probs is another one in the forum just didnt see it plus iv posted one in each race section

Ya i agree with the lag thing but the costs it would take to design a program 4 it and even then how long til ppl get board of the animation.

I could suggest a clim of massing somebodies MS lol when their is a massive amount of damage done to a small amout the battle clip shows a MS getting blown up.

And you could have extra features like 4 different MS you can have all have better stats like the

*deadlis class ship has better weps because it for the ascended tolah race.
*Ancient class ship(orora)-Better def shields.
*Wraith Cruiser Bad shields but good agility dodging most of the damage done
to your ship.
*Goa'uld Mother ship costs a bomb but effective against all MS.

These are off the head thoughts tell me what u guyz think.

think how much time it would waste? instead of just attacking and pressing backspace you have to watch this silly video over and over again.........

Think about the future we need more Graphcs in this game the noobs don't care because they havn't been playing that long buy for me playing for 6-12months its kinda getting bouring if you think playing for 3 years.

and more and more ppl are leaving this game.
Well i really want to know what u guyz think about the MS idea.

+ you would haft to use up Race changes to change your MS like 5 to change your race.

Ya i agree with the lag thing but the costs it would take to design a program 4 it and even then how long til ppl get board of the animation.

I could suggest a clim of massing somebodies MS lol when their is a massive amount of damage done to a small amout the battle clip shows a MS getting blown up.

plus it depends on how much damage your ship has taken say if you had 10,000 weapons shields and fleets and 3 quarters of them are destroyed then it will display that on the clip and you see the ship stranded in space


anyway just an idea lol

A huge and whopping, NO from me..

First off, we'd have MGM on our asses before you could say lawsuit

Secondly, lagg would be terrible.

Thirdly, Do you really think Jason would put the time and effort into something so pointless? For the idea to be a good addition to the game, it would need an unbelievable amount of work put into it, which could be better used to fixing the small glitches, typos, and errors the game already has

not if you have a choice to watch it like just read your battle report and then click back space or what ever you want to do next so the clip will be optional to watch

U MASSED ME ON MAIN.

Hehe anywayz the anamation thing is out of the question so why not come up with things that better suit the game.

They don't haft to be called Wraith Cruiser or Goa'uld Mother ship you can rename the race but the ship keeps the stat booster egA Tolah MS has greater Offence.

This i think would be a greater improvement of the game + you would be able to change your MS from a Tolah MSto an Ajna MS eg Boosted def.

This wouldn't help the non ascendeds as they have no %+ on their acc so just limited for the ascendeds or a bigger feature for the LG-Ascention 23.
