Apparently the answer is none of the above, and that it's just carrying on with ™TombS±one© haha, I'm the one who's been getting and giving flak the last couple of days.

That's a bit of a simplified way to put it, the whole thing blew up a lot and the entire alliance got involved before the central parties left to form a new alliance, so it still seems like fair game to me.

It would make sense to continue the war with both, unless there has been a surrender somewhere in that string of events. ;) Besides, I doubt anyone thinks Gravestone and Tombstone are actually different alliances anyway. :-D

Both alliances are in DOC logs, and both have been met with the same from us too.

Though Thy doesn't want to build anything now apart from his 300k fleets that's been massed away atleast 2 times I know off.
