What actually happened:

1. Dex messaged me asking me to clean out the thread. I said to contact a market mod or report the post. He thought I was one due to me being in the Market Mod group (leader of the group due to Mod Admin), and I clarified.
2. Les messaged me asking me the same thing. I said what I said to Dex. Les reported the post and then said that I had 30 minutes (not 1 hour as mentioned earlier) to get it dealt with, or HVE gets massed.
3. Since I was busy doing uni work, I didn't want to bother myself with Les' threat, and don't really play Main anyway, so said that I didn't really care. At the very least, I went on HVE forums to warn them of the impending massing.

If you're gonna do something like this, at least be clear on what happened to instigate it...

when he told us we had 15 min and I told him Tet would not take back what he said. My response to Haz is "What do you think he would say. No. He is strong headed, and that isn't always a bad thing."
Haz asked what he should do, I responded not much you can do.
Haz was very hesitant to remove the spam, because previous dealings with same alliance situations. (which also added fuel to the fire for 2 wars ago)
As a mod he probably should have removed the spam and did the whole "do not spam" thing, but that post was there for a while and NO mod did anything with it till after this current situation.

Tet stands up for what he thinks is right (not saying it is or isn't. its his opinion and he stands by it)
