Lucky Starr's RSP™ (Reporting Silly People) office
Since there's still plenty of simple-minded multis (both active and inactive) as well as players with inappropriate usernames or planet names, I'm starting a new topic to report them. I'll try to include as much information as possible on the accounts I name as suspects, as well as a list of collaterals (players I don't suspect as being multis but connected in one way or another to the suspects - COs, officers, alliance members) and detailed reasons (where necessary).
I ask people who read this not to spam the topic and make the gameadmin's life harder. I'd also like to ask the mods to keep this topic open (I'll keep adding new finds) and clean from any unnecessary stuff. Unnecessary stuff includes posts of awe and admiration - I'm just doing what I feel is right and am happy to think I can contribute in a small way to the game.
I apologize in advance to any player whom I may mistakenly suspect to be multis/cheaters.

III. Reasons:
A while ago, all the accounts from I.2. were 1923892's officers; I found it most peculiar that a new account would have all these seemingly inactive officers with old IDs (some in very close range), several of which have Romanian names and 1 or 2 market-made planets. Then, a few days ago, when I checked again, all his former officers were gone (he has a few new ones now).

* Lord Chaynin (ID 55956)
II. Collaterals: none
III. Reasons: close IDs and similar names; both are low-ranked (30,257 and 30,274; no trained military units or mercs) but active (9818 and 13724 UU out, 8582 and 4623 attack turns, 28 covert level, 27 anticovert level and 6001 UP on both) players ascended several times (Living God and Incarnate of the INDU respectively), with decent army sizes (8586501 and 7522371 miners); they are both currently in PPT and have a good amount of naq out. Both have 10 planets of various types, labeled 'planet 1' to 'planet 10'.
IV. Comments: this time, it was not my find; these 2 IDs were suggested to me by another forum user, I Zombie, whom I'd like to thank again.
