a thourght just occured to me who is actually the oldest alliance in the game?

not including alliances that have disbanded and reformed.

i think BAU might be unless it disbanneded when i left the game back years ago but it's ID is like 103

Thors Chariot have been around that long, and not one of them has learnt to play the game...

We just had this thread a few weeks ago.

The oldest remaining alliance is the Tauri Alliance formed a few days after the game when live in Early Feb 2005. Though we had to change our ingame ID at least once, maybe twice when various leaders left (opticallove), hense the reason for the high ID number. We have never disbanded. The EPA were formed one week after TÅ by a small number of TÅ members at the time (notably Wolf359). Though EPA did disband and reform at one point.

There was at least one alliance that was formed before TÅ, but they didn't last very long and I never remember the name of them.

The alliance with the lowest ingame ID is the The Dark Dominion. They have the ID of a very old alliance called "The Dominion" which merged with another "Dark" something alliance to form The Dark Dominion in May 2005 ish. Check the other thread for REKs post about it.

As for the oldest player in the alliance question that someone mentioned. Nox, Blitz and Elite Squadron have all been around since early '05. But as I said our alliance ID changed at one point. The longest anyone has been in TÅ according to the leaders page is, believe it or not, JamesDavies42, who I would guess must have created our current ID, as he has been here a few days longer than everyone else having joined 1284 days ago.

DDE end of march 2006 but he asked ID wise without being reformed or disbanded ... not sure what the point in that is but meh

simple cos many alliances have accidently disbanded and so some could they older lolz but just wanting to know whos the oldest running alliance.

@ bebita erm i didn't bother to check you guys 'cos i simply based it on the timeline of alliances meging lol and remembered TDD was like 2 spereate alliances that formed together to make TDD

what i should have asked was whos the oldest alliance with the same name that never changed i would still go for BAU and a few of the above said

I dunno if they are still around but The Order is quite an old alliance, what merged/reformed several times in its history, but TA would be my bet.

Tauri Ålliance has never changed its name. And I hope we never will change it.

And The Order just recently merged with CoTO because whoever had TO tag was inactive.
