when you have 1 weapon and one trained troop - the weapon is automatically equipped at each battle

Wepons can be used by untrained but at much less eficiancy. Super Soldiers are more eficiant than normal trained.

Yes, Super Soldiers are twice as effective as regular troops, and half as likely to be killed in combat. However untrained will no longer man weapons - unless I'm mistaken, this was taken out almost half a year ago.

Indeed. The same goes for untrained mercenaries. You need trained ones to man the weapons.
