What is being said is that any member of any alliance can see if any members in their alliance are online..and no not to Leaders/2IC's...
Yeah, I understood that, I was just making a case for more rights for the leaders

This would be an awesome idea, like someone mentioned earlier it would be great when you are at war and need to know who's online in your alliance.

agreed, this would be a very useful tool both for senior members to see who's active and for juniors to see who's online to help if they need advice, not to mention the benefits during a war.
