Income to officers... Does it include planets?

Is the income given to your officers calculated from the income you get from you planets as well?

I mean, does 30% goes from your income with planets, or income without planets...?

No, it does not count. I tested it out when I made my income calc.

well clearly you are wrong because omoc stated it as fact

plus when i had officers i could've swore my income planets counted
